OIL TO PROPANE Years ago during a renovation we prepped the secondary side of this boiler system for a conversion to a propane high efficiency boiler. That time came this week, removing the oil boiler and hot water tank replacing with an IBC combination boiler. A few loose ends to tie up next week to finish the installation and it will be saving this customer $$$ for many years to come! #ibcboilers #tacocomfort #caleffi

Preparing this chimney for a boilers PloyFlue concentric vent liner kit. I really like the old chimney cap but it has to go! A nice clean cut using a diamond blade on my skil saw. Work smarter not harder.

Barn tack room high wall maintenance This post is for reference and education for our customers that are trying to decide between different types of mini split systems. This is a typical High wall unit installed in our tack room. The amount of dirt and mold here is normal to find in a residential home after 2-3 years. Deep cleans that take 2-4 hours and are necessary every few years for these units to function properly and safely. ... Theses high wall units are a great solution for areas that need cooling and heating where there are no other options, however be prepared to spend some decent money on maintenance over its lifetime. If you currently have one of these units installed, look inside the louvers at the blower wheel, I’m sure you’ll be surprised and possibly shocked at what you find, and then I imagine I’ll be hearing from you.
