Jason Kenney is facing broad opposition to his plans to expand highly destructive coal mining in the Rockies. John Bell writes, "Having squandered billions of taxpayer dollars betting on a pipeline that will never be built, Alberta’s premier Jason Kenney is doubling down on fossil fuels to recoup his losses.
