Biggest tip for beginners: Set small, measurable, realistic goals. You can have big end goals, but without mapping out the necessary steps, you won’t reach the destination.... I can say I want to reach a 250 lbs deadlift, but to reach this, I must plan my workouts and increase my weights. This must be structured, planned, and completed. Break your goals down into smaller goals and steps so that you don’t get discouraged. Instead, you become motivated by the small milestones you hit. Some examples to start the new year off right: Include a serving of fruit at breakfast Go to bed 30 minutes earlier Stretch every 3 hours Walk at least 5000 steps every day Etc. Whatever works for you and can easily be implemented into your lifestyle How are you making sure you’re becoming a healthier you in 2018?
