Our Salted Caramel Brigadeiro Crunch is definitely the winner! Sometimes it's even hard to explain the experience of this flavour. It's rich, a little bit chewier and creamier than you expect with that light pinch of saltiness and the crispearls also give it that crunchiness in the end that you all love. This flavour was completely new to Mary, as it was not common in Brazil, so it took her a while to incorporate an artisanal homemade caramel sauce into her Brigadeiro recipe.... Well, it worked beautifully! Now, you can understand why this is our best seller and most popular Brigadeiro flavour. It's clear that things are so confusing nowadays, each business is trying their best to stay open, trying to maintain convenience for their customers plus keep their entire team safe. We are happy that our team of chocolate heroes are all vaccinated , but due to the restrictions, our physical store is only operating for same day deliveries, shipping by mail and curbside pick up for pre-orders made online only, that means the store remains closed for walks in and to operate... more efficiently, we centralized all orders online. The web shop is beautiful, easy and fast. All of the products available there are what we have in stock in our physical store and we continue to produce them daily. We don't hide them Lol It just takes from 5 to 10 minutes (or even less) to put your order together for a safe and quick pick up in front of our store, so we can keep not just our team, but you and the community safe. We all know that you would like to see that beautiful display full of Brigadeiros and the smell of our fresh chocolate chip cookies, but hopefully pretty soon, we will all be able to serve you this way again. This Holiday season was extra special to me and as an entrepreneur I could not be more grateful to see the impact that our chocolate creations have caused in other lives during this crazy year. When you dream about your own business, there is always a big purpose behind it and with time, you create other purposes and maybe different and more meaningful directions, bigger and bigger, but this year I saw my business touching other lives in a way that I couldn't imagine. When th...e pandemic came, the only answer we had was: "...everything will just be alright! That’s a wrap! We are completely SOLD OUT for the entire season and I still couldn’t believe it Just wowwww! Yes, you read it right and the website is updated in case you already checked it out during this past weekend. Thank you sooo much for all your incredible support with our chocolate business. This month is extra special as I celebrate my 6 year in Canada and when I immigrated, #MarysBrigadeiro was a dream and I couldn’t imagine how my journey will be, but I was... confident that I will do my best to see people sharing moments of joy with something amazing that I will create and now, I am seeing people around the globe sharing moments of happiness with the Brigadeiro I see smiles and even angry faces when we sold out This weekend, I looked to my entire team plus all the people involved for this Holiday season and , WOW, we grow up and I needed to hold my tears in front of them. I was so grateful for every one! Today was that day at our chocolate shop. Happy faces, smiles, people trying to get less chocolates, so the next could have some (yeah, it was nice!), but a few not so happy faces as we sold out our Brigadeiros after 1hr when we opened and you know a few hundreds of Brigadeiros just disappeared in front of my eyes, but something extra special happened... While I was putting together a few boxes of Brigadeiros, a client was observing and waiting, when I finally finished he p...aid it forward $10 to next 5 customers who was patiently waiting in the line to get our chocolates during this cold morning, well I hold my tears as these days are challenging us more than we could imagine and this action just made my entire day and of course to the next customers as well For you, thank you for this big action and for spreading more joy during this Holiday season Please, check out our hours in our website or Google Maps as we did a few changes and based to our capacity we needed to close a few extra days to better assist you to make your take out during the week of Christmas with more options for those who did not pre-order online or would like to give our Brigadeiros to your beloved ones. We were just thinking why it took us so long to finally launch this product In Brazil, we have a version of our classic Brigadeiro without cocoa powder called Beijinho that means little kiss in English and don’t ask me why It’s a combination of sweetened condensed milk with real butter slowly cooked and infused with lots of Coconut slices until it gets creamier with a natural fragrance of Vanilla and notes of Dulce de Leche. Let's share the story behind this sweet creation In memories of my childhood, my mom used to prepare a fresh batch of Brigadeiro and asked me if I would like to dip a few 'baby cookies' directly into the pot while it’s still warm and enjoy one or two before dinner (Yes, my mom was that cool ). Years later, in Brazil we could find different versions of this dessert and I had been dying to bring this idea to our shop and s...hare it with you for a long time now. And here we go: Two delectably chewy 'cookies' (called Bolacha Maria in Brazil) sandwich a decadent Brigadeiro filling with 54% chocolate and dipped in @callebautchocolate Gold chocolate for a contrasting crispiness and caramelized chocolate shell, with a sprinkling of crunchy crispearls on top.
