Mauna Sushi first week reopening’s best selling dish. Mauna’s Aburi Tart. Rice at the bottom, one layer of avocado, one layer of spicy tuna, another layer of rice. Top with sockeye salmon and chef’s special sauce. Top seared with torch, black pepper, chopped scallop, a piece of shrimp on top. With some tempura bits as decoration around. Enjoy.
