Happy 55th Birthday to the Burnaby Lake Arena! Many Burnaby residents have fond memories associated with this storied facility, which first opened on October 19, 1965. The arena has served our community well, and we look forward to carrying on its legacy with the construction of a new arena and pool facility, beginning in 2021.
