From a place of psychological safety, I can help upend and unravel the assumptions that connect the social construct of binary gender identity, presentation, and pronouns. When I invite others to ask me about my pronouns, I am reminding them that there are important questions below the surface of their expectations. To stop, think, and revise their language as necessary. Ultimate Canada will be piloting 2 NCCP coaching courses in English for online delivery this winter: The Community-Initiation pilot will take place on January 2...1st from 11am 8pm EST. The Competition-Introduction pilot will take place on February 6-7 from 11am-5pm EST. Coaches who attend a pilot will receive full credit for the course.
