Who couldn’t use a little good news right now? We’re happy to announce that The Manitoba Night Market and Festival will be back three times this year! The first market will be held on June 6, with applications accepted from February 22 to March 8 (we’ll post a friendly reminder when the link goes live on the 22). Additional market dates and applications will be announced following the June 6 event.... We are SO thankful we had three successful Night Markets last year during such an unprecedented and uncertain time; and we hope for the same this year! We understand that all events are contingent on Manitoba Health orders, and we will be planning with their guidelines and support to keep everyone safe. And don’t stress! If any of the markets are not able to proceed due to changing Manitoba Health orders, we will provide a full refund. Due to a lot of interest and less space due to safety protocols, we are unfortunately limited in the number of vendors we can accept this year. Trust that all applications will be reviewed closely, and we respect and value all artisans (and what you create). With so much local talent, it’s a tough decision that we don’t take lightly. We have 20 delicious food trucks, 10+ local bands, and beer gardens. ... We would like to thank everyone for making this such an amazingly successful event in June and July, even with all the restrictions in place.
