As #MentalHealthWeek continues, we wanted to remind you of some of the resources available to you as an SCS student. Your student association, MACES - McGill Association of Continuing Education Students, offers a support platform that can help you manage your time and lower your stress, as well as the offer of free, confidential mental-health counseling. The Keep.meSAFE program is a confidential, and secure online counselling service that specializes in student mental health support, as well as other fitness, self-care, and wellness resources. Download the app, MySSP, and learn more on the Keep.meSAFE page.

It’s Mental Health Week. This year's theme is #GetReal about how you feel name it, don’t numb it. The past year has been challenging for so many of us. If you are struggling with your mental health right now, know that you are not alone. This week is to encourage people to acknowledge and speak out about their feelings. Take time to check in with yourself, your friends, and reach out for support if you need it. Not sure how to get support? McGill has an array of mental health services and resources available to students: https://www.mcgill.ca/wellness-hub/access-care
