Starting Monday August 24th, it is mandatory in Newfoundland for people to wear a mask in public buildings, unless, for health reasons, you are unable to do so. Upon entrance to McNally’s Billiards in Carbonear, you must be wearing a non medical mask that covers your nose and mouth or inform the worker that a medical condition allows you to be exempt from doing so. Masks are to be worn when you are not seated and moving about the premises , at the bar when ordering beverage...s or cashing tickets and when going to the washroom. Masks do not need to be worn while playing pool, where social distancing is possible between the 2 people playing and the adjoining tables and seating is assigned for each table. If you are exempt from wearing a mask, please respect the other customers and staff by maintaining your distance, remain seated when possible and practice coughing and sneezing etiquette. Please use the hand sanitizer provided upon entering and when exiting the building. There are also sanitization stations set up throughout the bar for your use and convenience.
