Hi! I'm Chef Mandy! . I am the chef/owner of PBP (Paper Bag Princess) and thought I'd introduce myself because I love being able to put a face to a name! . I'm a jeep driving, off roading, fur baby mama who loves food and making people happy with it!... . Growing up in a small town (like 1500 people small) I was raised on meat and potatoes. I love all the classic comforts that make you feel good while eating them. . Being a health & fitness advocate as well, I realized sometimes 'health' and 'comfort' done always coincide. So, I decided to change that! . I take all the things I loved growing up (roast beef dinner, shepherd's pie, chili etc) and put a healthy twist on them. Hey gang! We have some exciting news! Paper Bag Princess is moving! With this move comes inspections and things of that nature that are understandably taking more time than usual due to our current circumstances.... We are not quite ready to take orders for our new space, but I am happy to discuss any of your questions in the mean time so that we can begin to serve you as soon as possible (hopefully within a week or two!) Getting to hand deliver time to time and catch up with my PBP fam is still one of my my fave thing to do! Last week when delivering to the sweetest lady I was told that it must make me feel so good to go around spreading so much joy all day to everyone receiving food!!! And every time I see her she is so excited to see what she gets that week!
