Ride next Sunday Sept 20th, 2020 Everyone Welcome
Can you help? APARC is in desperate need of kitten wet food, kitten dry food, Kitten Milk Replacer, Adult Chicken Pate wet food for cats, and litter. They have almost fifty kittens that are in shelter and foster care. They will gratefully accept any other cat or dog items as well. I am currently gathering up supplies for them and our Desert Doll Chapter will be making a cash donation. Can you join us in supporting this worthwhile cause? I am willing to pick up any items anyon...e in Medicine Hat would be willing to donate and will take everything to APARC once we have it all together within this coming week. You can also contact any one of our members and it will be passed on to me. Etransfer is another option and I can add it in with our cash donation. Please pm me if you have anything you would like to donate and I will happily pick it up. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this and also for any and all donated items or cash you can spare to help out these homeless babies.

Hi Everyone, Mike Durst was a rider that was diagnosed with ALS. He is in the final stages, in a wheel chair with a communication device. His Birthday is June 12. His wife has asked us if we would do a drive by June 12. Anyone willing to come, we can meet at the Parklane hotel at 7. He is now at Valleyview in Continuing care.

INTERNATIONAL FEMALE RIDE DAY May 2, 2020
Swift Current June 13th ladies.
On Dec. 7th, 2019 three of our members participated in The Santa Shuffle and Elf walk in Maple Creek, Sask. Helping to raise funds in co-operation with The Salvation Army. A great time was had and we plan to return next year, hopefully with more chapter members attending with us. We were awarded beautiful medals that also double as a tree ornament. It’s a Win Win for all. We would like to challenge our sister chapters to get together next year as this event takes place all across Canada! PROCEEDS FROM EVENT The Santa Shuffle primarily supports a school breakfast program, which provides 40 plus children in the community with a healthy, nutritious breakfast and snacks throughout the school year. Other youth feeding programs are also supported as well as providing snacks and lunch items through the food bank.
Dolls at Steel Panther
Three of the Dolls participated in the Swift Current ride for Dad on June 6th in Swift Current. The temperatures were very frigid, we hit rain, and a lot of wind, but we had Smiles on our faces! Between the three of us we've managed to donate $330 to fight prostate cancer. Way to go girls!
Good to reference.
* cancelled due to weather. We are doing a different run. Meet at Petro Canada in Redcliff at 12 kickstands up at 12:15. We are doing Hays Maze and Taber for coffee. First Ride of the Season!
