Location: McTavish Academy of Arts School (Dance Studio), Address: 1720 McTavish Rd, North Saanich, BC V8L 5T9 Advanced registration due by Feb 14th: $160 Late registration (after Feb 14th): $170 Students who are repeating this beginner dance intensive program will receive a 10% discount. About this program: Learn the art of Middle Eastern Dance in a progressive manner. Build fluidity in movement and grace, build muscle flexibility, core strength and endurance. You will learn basic moves, work towards layering the moves, learn various styles of travel with moves and the basic art of building a choreography. Attire: Wear comfortable semi- fitted clothing you can move in order to view your movement in the mirror; belly dance belt or long scarves to build yourself a belt (Reziah will show you how); thin socks, non slip dance slippers or bare feet are the best.
