Below is a preview from paragraph 3 which talks about whether or not we should be putting our training on hold until gyms open again: The hunkering down mentalityput life on hold and wait until this passesonly works for so long. This is our life now. So, for realists, at home training is an ongoing sur...vival strategy, especially for those who work at a desk, and who are not moving as we did before. This serves multiple goes: not letting all the hard work done building muscle go to waste, and accepting atrophy; staying healthy, knowing that exercise helps the immune system; using the flexibility of online work to reorganize, and adapt your musculoskeletal system to an insanely unnatural condition of desk-prison, and to avoid daily pain; and finally, giving attention to those smaller, often deeper, stabilizing muscles that support the larger muscles, so when the gym opens, the larger muscles will work more efficiently. We are thrilled to be back training in our wonderful new space! Your patience is much appreciated. We continue to take the same upmost care and covid-19 precautions as before but have also taken it a step further. Clients will only be permitted to train one person at a time. So basically, you get your own personal gym with all our new equipment to yourself! Pretty great, eh? However, if you don’t feel comfortable coming in we completely understand and are continuing to offer... our Virtual Training sessions as an alternative. Looking forward to seeing everyone, again!
