Hey y'all long time no see! . I've been busy travelling around BC and the Yukon the last few weeks - mostly finding ice rinks to skate on . I'm super pumped to get back into routine for myself and for my challengers/clients! I am still running my monthly Virtual Gym and will be launching new material in there for June ... . If it exists, I have probably tried it. . . . The diets. The wraps. The pills. ... The magic detox teas. . You know what I'm talking about, right? . And honestly, they all maybe worked for a week. MAYBE. But it wasn't sustainable. And both my physical and mental health suffered . So when I finally ditched the quick fixes and did the things that made sense, it WORKED . Here's what I did do: Started exercising 30mins a day Increased my water intake Increased my veggies Still ate carbs Still enjoyed treats and bevvies I learned about portion control I started to drink superfoods I started to read/listen to personal development AND I committed . And 4 years later I still FEEL THIS GOOD. This lifestyle IS Sustainable! . Now it's my responsibility to PAY IT FORWARD and to the women needing this change!
