I absolutely love this and need to share
It's an acai bowl kind of day. Today I craved for MELU's acai bowl so badly ! I wanted to recreate it at home but were lacking some of the ingredients, and it's just not the same Who else missed our acai bowls ?
Who can resonate ? I'd always choose to spend on food though, always food

Green tea chia pudding with lots of goodies . Enjoying the golden kiwi season to its max. Who else is a fan ?
Lunch vibe Big bowl of chia pudding ! Do you know you don't have to soak the chia seeds over night for it to "pudding-ize". You can just add water/nutmylk and stir until it solidifies , then add the fruits and nuts you love , and TADA, it's a filling , healthyyyyy, yet delicious meal !
Covid cases are surging again, it's important that we consider the bigger picture and consider the communities that are beyond our immediate bubble. Let's stay strong , healthy, emphatic, logical, and positive

Oatmeal Bowl for lunch It seems like it's yellow kiwi season ! I've been seeing it popping up everywhere ! Yellow kiwis are one of my favorite fruits , have you tried them before ?
How do you maintain your mental wellness during this time ? I know we should continue to practice social distancing, however I also understand it could be quite harmful for our mental health when we are kept away from physical touches, socializing, and simply, our normal lifestyle for so long. Some things I do to maintain my mental wellbeing are :... - I try to eat healthy and eat what makes my body and brain happy ! I decorate smoothie bowls, even if it's just for myself to eat, because I find it therapeutic ! - I try to find less crowded outdoor areas to hike and to have daily walks. I find the mountains and forests so healing ! - I talk to my fur baby and appreciate how this quarantine actually allows me to spend so much time with my puppy ! - I try not to feel guilty for not being productive. It's okay to utilize this social distancing to take a break from life, and to have more ME time ! - I rewatch TV shows that make me happy , for the 100th time What are your ways ?
