We make more than just jewelry here at Meyer's Minerals! Some of our most popular products are peridotite (the Tablelands stone) coaster sets, book ends, clocks, platters, and display pieces. We also do custom orders if we are out of a particular product or if someone is looking for any of the above in a different type of local stone!

Did you know that Newfoundland has naturally occurring jasper and amethyst? Jasper and amethyst are both forms of quartz that have been coloured by varying levels of iron. Jasper is found in various regions across Newfoundland, most commonly on beaches in the Twillingate area. Our amethyst is collected near the community of Wesleyville in northern Newfoundland.

It's pendant appreciation day here at Meyer's Minerals! We had a request for pictures showcasing various shapes, sizes, and colours of our labradorite pendants in stock right now. Labradorite typically shows blue and green toned iridescence, but can range from bronze to near-magenta in rarer cases.

Some of our most recent batch of earrings ready to be displayed in the storefront! We like to wait for a nice day to take our labradorite jewelry out for a photoshoot, the iridescence shines brightest in natural sunlight.

Welcome to our brand new official Facebook page! After months of convincing owner and founder Jamie Meyer that social media isn't all bad, he has handed over permission to daughter Nicole Meyer to take over our social media presence. We look forward to updating you on our ever-changing stock of jewelry and handcrafted stone artwork. Please feel free to like and share our page! We thank you for your support of a local business.
