Just finished a great dinner from Bistro Dansk (on Sherbrook, here in Winnipeg). My absolute favourite place to eat. OMG. In all the meals we have had in and from here, I have never been able to finish in one sitting. Pictured here is the chicken schnitzel with O’Brian potatoes and veggies with home made bread (yum). Also, the keeling chicken. Topped off with the lemon soufflé. Yes the dog got his nose close, but not too close. We must support our local family run businesses, or we won’t have them around. Fresh out of the kiln. This 16 fractured glass bowl is so striking. Looking through the clear fractured glass to the glaze below in combination with the super course clay is like being at the beach.
