Well here is our first order of cheese curds from Mathew Gallant of The Island artisan cheese house Starting tomorrow , when you order you poutine please specify whether you want mozzarella or cheese curds. If you want cheese curds it will cost .30 cents more.But if you want extra curds its 1.95 More. Thanks for helping us support local.

Just a question for my customers that order poutine from us.I have a island farmer that makes cheese curds and ask me if I would consider using his cheese on th...e poutines. Right now we use mozzarella and it works well but I said I would ask my customers and see.It would cost about .30 cent more but we are trying to support our local farmers. It is a great tasting cheese.What are your thoughts I will keep the option for both but just want to know What my customers think See more

Wow what an opening day! It has been a crazy day and that continues into this evening! We are experiencing extremely high call volume and we apologize if you are having a difficult time getting through on our phone lines. Our staff is working very hard with product flying out the door.... Please be patient and kind as we do our best to serve you. It sure is good to be back!

It was the night before opening And all through the town Customers have been waiting For miles around......... For our doors to reopen And our ovens to be lit New entrance for slices Middle door to exit Our pizzas will be selling With smiles as we make them It all starts tomorrow At 11 A.M.

2 entrances Dining Room and patio and 1 exit Patio entrance is for slices and Dining Room for pick up orders and middle door is the exit.

Here is the first Michaels Pizzeria pizza out of our oven in over 2 months. Just testing our ovens and getting ready for tomorrows Re opening.See you tomorrow

After listening to the chief public health officer A few minutes ago I have decided to close Michaels at 12:00 tonight.We will be remaining Closed until the health officials say it is safe to open. I did not want to do this but its time.... While were closed it will give me the time to do some painting and light Renos and have our restaurant looking good and refreshed for when We reopen .
