This one really tested our skills. We received a mid 90's Chevrolet Suburban to have the interior completely detailed and refreshed. After removing all the old garbage, and a few rounds of deep shampooing and steam extracting, we got out the majority of the stains and rejuvenated the leather seats to get rid of the old musty smell and leave a fresh, clean scent behind. We had a client come to us to have their Honda Accord paint sorted out. A little know fact that for quite a few years Honda used single stage paint for their white vehicles meaning there is no clear coat, its essentially base and clear mixed together. The upside of this is its usually cheaper then going with the 2 stage (base then clear) that most vehicles have. The downside is, its more susceptible to oxidation. It is however fairly easy to remove. For this car we starte...d off with HD Cut paired to a wool pad to remove the top layer of dead paint. After that we finished with 3D one paired to an IGL Orange foam pad to remove any marring added from the heavy cut process. We then wiped down the entire vehicle and applied the top tier, 2 step IGL Kenzo Coating. Throughout this process we restored the headlights and topped with IGL Headlight to protect these lights from oxidation from years to come. We had the pleasure of working on this beautiful Dodge Ram 2500! This customer came to us to repair the scratches from the previous owner as well, to remove all the old chrome badging and install the new black ones. We did a single stage correction using 3D One and an IGL Orange cutting pad. Topped it off with HD poxy and a quick interior cleaning, this truck is ready to go for summer! We had the pleasure of working on this gorgeous mustang. After we stripped off all the old wax, we noticed some serious water spot etching that just wouldnt be moved through the normal process. After we checked the clear coat depth, we then proceeded to wetsand the hood, roof, trunk lid, and tops of quarter panels with P1500, P2000, P3000, and P5000. We then hit it with 3M Wool pad and 3D 501 Cutting compound paired to a rotary, finished up IGL Foam Orange cutting pad and3D One paired to a Rupes LHR15II. After this extensive 2 day process we topped it off with the gloss sauce IGL flagship coating, Kenzo 10H Ceramic coating! We also hit all the exterior rubber and trim with IGL Trim Ceramic coating and covered the wheel faces with IGL Wheel Ceramic Coating to complete the look!
