We have recently changed our phone carrier company. It turns out that they are having difficulty doing the change over and unfortunately we are having telephone issues. If your provider is Cogeco or Telus, when you dial our number it says it is out of service. If you have a Bell line or a cell phone, it goes through as normal. I’m sorry to anyone that has been trying to contact us and hasn’t been able to get through. WE ARE OPEN. Hopefully today this gets rectified. This has been ongoing since November 19th, we weren’t aware since the phone was ringing with calls from Bell lines. Clients have been coming in and telling us they couldn’t reach us, this alerted us that there was an issue.
