Cable pushdowns: 2 warm up sets + 4 sets of 12, 10, 8, 8 reps increase weight safely each set Close grip push ups: 4 sets of 15-20 reps Reverse grip cable pushdowns: 4 sets of 8-10 BICEPS: Cable curls: using straight bar: 2 warm up sets + 4 sets of 12, 10, 8, 8 reps-increase weight each set Standing Hammer curls:4 sets of 8-10 reps Standing alternating db curls: 4 sets of 8-10 Cool down/stretch at the end of your workout Give it a try!! Join Mindi for the ultimate virtual live class experience. Designed to enhance your fitness results and boost your metabolism, these 1 hour workout experiences led by Mindi include st...rategic mat work, conditioning and strength training methods. Throughout each class, participants will engage their total body while using a range of equipment and at-home apparatuses including: a chair/table, broomstick, soup cans, hand weights, ankle weights and bands. All fitness levels are welcome. Classes begin on Tuesday January 5th 2021 @ 9am Join Me LIVE: Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday’s @ 9am (EST). For those who cannot attend the live classes, the class videos will be shared in the membership ONLY library after the class so you can do it on your own at home. HAPPY HUMPDAY!!! Here are 5 exercises you can do with just a set of dumbbells, kettle bells or bands. The key here is to focus on mind muscle connection and t...ime under tension. Perform these nice and slow and controlledSqueeze the glutes, keep your abs nice and tight and enjoy the burn!!! My warm up for today was skipping for 5 minutes followed by a glute activation warm up: . A. Banded side steps: 2-3 lines of 15 steps each way-sit back on the heels & keep your tits up!!! . B. Fire hydrants: 2-3 sets of 15-20 reps each leg . WORKOUT BREAKDOWN: take a 40-60 second rest between sets. 1. Sumo squats: 4 sets of 15 2. Bulgarian split squats: 4 sets of 15 reps each leg 3. Weighted jump squats or you can do pop squats: 4 sets of 10-15 reps 4. Single leg stiff legged dead lifts: 4 sets of 15/superset with lying hamstring curls on the stability ball: 4 sets of 15-20 reps 5. Banded kickbacks: 4 set of 15 reps each leg ***Cool down-stretch- Stretching can help reduce the buildup of lactic acid, which can lead to muscles cramping and stiffness. Work hard!!!
