With a heavy heart we learned of the passing of our dear friend Ken Monkhouse. He was a part of the Mission Towing family. He was a wonderful and compassionate man, with a great sense of humour. You going to missed by so many people and in our towing community. R.I.P Ken. We will miss you lots.

Procession for Lorin Jones. Lorin Jones worked for Mundies Towing, Coquitlam Towing & ended his career with New West Towing. He Towed for 52 years and started h...is career with J & M Towing. Lorin passed away January 1st, 2020 and his daughter Royanne Jones has asked Tia and I to put a procession together for him. The Celebration of Life will be held at The Legion 1025 Ridgeway St in Coquitlam B.C. and will start at 12:30pm on April 5th. For the procession we will meet at 737 Boyd St at around 10:30am and we will leave at approximately 11:30 ish the route will be posted below. Keep in mind all the rules of the road will be in place. All traffic rules must be followed at all times.No exceptions. Any questions or concerns please contact me or Tia Davis.

Morris Valley road was or is flooded. . B. C. Highways is telling us to be prepared for four or five days before one lane is opened. Hemlock Valley road is clos...ed due to mudslides. Please do not attempt to get through. Power is out at present time and do not expect it back on till the road is fixed. We currently have doctors and nurses on the mountain along with first Responders with the firehall. We are in constant contact with the Fraser Valley Emergency Center. 911 is operational. Please contact if there are any medical issues.the lodge is open and has hot food. Stay warm be safe. See more

55th Anniversary of the Hope slide Jan 9, 2020

Very sad day in our community. Never be mad at a loved one or family member it may be the last time you see them. First responders have a tough job out there.... Respect there lights! AND SLOW DOWN AND MOVE OVER!.. IT IS THE LAW... Matt was a good man and dedicated his life to serving our community....please pray for all parties involved! RIP Matt .
