Did you know that dancing is good for your brain? According to this article from The Best Brain Possible, it has such beneficial effects on the brain that dancing is increasingly used as therapy for developmental disorders like Down’s syndrome, mood disorders such as depression, and neurological disorders as in the case of schizophrenia, Parkinson’s and dementia. Dancing is something that can be done anywhere, with or without a partner. This weekend, why not put on some music, move around and boost your brain!
