It’s been way too long. Based on latest announcement of Quebec officials we are cautiously optimistic about having our doors re-open on March 26th. We will be sharing details and safety protocols closer to the date. Stay tuned.

Happy holidays to you all. Really hoping 2021 will be a much better year for all of us. And can’t wait for things to turn back to normal allowing us to do things we love and achieving goals we set. Really miss training with all of you. Missing the energy of open mats, training and competitions. Countries that dealt well with the virus and are now able to lift all or almost all restrictions went back to living normal lives almost immediately. This gives a lot of hope and something to look forward too. Thank you all for your support!
