This month we are celebrating Saskatchewan Multicultural Week from November 21st-29th. Typically we would be hosting our annual International Dinner Fundraiser right about now to celebrate the occasion. Unfortunately, due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic that is not possible this year. However, many of our students were still eager to share their culture and culinary traditions so they have graciously shared some of their favorite recipes. Throughout the week we will be posting different recipes that students in our LINC classes have written to share with us in the form of our very own digital cookbook. If you would like to learn more about Sask Multicultural Week you can do so at https://mcos.ca/events/sask-multicultural-week/ and if you would like to share a recipe of your own please feel free to comment below!
