But I do need to get paid. Thats what jobs are for. Paying what few bills I actually have. Thats why I took job This isnt a job, girl! Tabitha slammed her hand down on the desk. This is a . calling. You cant just pick up and leave this one whenever you like to go running around with a bunch of thugs, trying to rule the world through heavy fists and a criminals stupidity. Blinking in surprise, Jessica watched the scryers chest heaving with heavy breath. Tabitha was staring at the floor between them, as if she knew shed grabbed her apprentices full attention but still couldnt bring herself to look Jessica in the eye. You found where you were meant to be, Tabitha continued, slowly stabbing a finger toward the floor and lowering her voice into a firm, restrained warning. Most importantly, it found you. . . . . . So in 2016, Miranda Oh was the first ever client that we signed and in reality she started this journey for Creative Edge. Just this last month, we have set up a collaboration with the Douglas Coleman show giving us four audio interviews and four video interviews every month for the year. Special Announcement: Annie McDonnell is the host and founder of The Write review Blog, Podcast, and Book Club, she always been an advocate for authors and has been a powerful force in the literary industry for as long as I can remember and Creative Edge has worked with her since our humble beginnings in 2016. As of yesterday, Annie announced on social media that she is very ill and has Stiff-person syndrome, a rare acquired neurological disorder that is now affecting h...er heart and lungs. Creative Edge in collaboration with Top Shelf Magazine has ensured that Annies legacy in the literacy industry will live on. Starting next year, Creative Edge will be setting up a book award in Annies honor simply called the Annie McDonnell Memorial Award. Please see below: * The award will honor writings of both traditional and indie authors works with whoever submits. * All fiction genres will be open to the award and books that are published from May 1st of the current year until April 30th of the following year will be applicable * We have set up a committee to decide the top three finalist books as well as the winning book. This committee has been personally selected by Annie and has talent in all areas of the writing community and industry. The top three finalists will be named by May 31st of the award year with the winner being announced on June 30th each year * Top Shelf Magazine will be promoting the award throughout the campaign in their magazine and will be reviewing the winning book * Creative Edge will be providing a prize of $250.00 to the author of the winning book and offering free publicity services to that author for one year (stipulation of this is that the author currently does not use an independent publicist) * The award submissions will start January 1st of 2021 We are just in planning stages with more details to come!!!!
