Steve and I met up with the Burlington club and entered a tournament. It was a fun day catching up with friends and making new ones. Steve got bronze in both gi and Nogi I got silver in gi. Steve did awesome he had a lot of matches against really tough opponents.

Congratulations to Matt and Shahzad for taking on a new challenge and entering a light contact kickboxing tournament. They didn't get the results they were hoping for but they learned a lot, had fun and are looking forward to doing it again.
