Many forever friendships have been made through this team and we know looking at your photos and videos will inspire and encourage others( and your family) to give it a "tri" 3.I always thought TriChchicks Canada team, www.trichickscanada.ca was kind of the "next level or training ? answer: NO, We are all equal. When TriChicks Canada was created in 2014, women had the desire to train , with Coach, 3 times per week. We welcome all fitness levels and no experience necessary( Mommy's and Babe's always trained once per week with Coach) 4. What will fitness training look like in 2021? If you want to train with us once per week, great, but, you can now join us 2 times per week.you pick what day works for you or, come to both. We are training Tuesday nights at 6:30pm or Saturday mornings at 8:30am from May to end of August( based on Government COVID regulations) Mommy's and Babe's in Motion is mergered with TriChicksCanada Right now we are doing online zoom workouts. Train with us for the entire year

We continue to follow all government regulations regarding COVID 19. Therefore, workouts are all online at this time THE EXCITING NEWS Once permitted, our outdoor training season will be May to end August There will be 2 workouts per week with Coach Nancy and Team Mentors( workouts are Tuesday nights and Saturday mornings)... Use your punch card for any or all of the twice a week training During that time, there will be additional Sport Specific training sessions. These additional sessions would be on another week other than Tuesday/Saturday and would include a small additional fee( not punch card). These would include lane swim, open water swim, running with a Certified Coach in that area of Sport All Tuesday/Saturday workouts are limited to 20 participants only ( this allows everyone at the workout to spend quality time with Coach). This will be managed by using a RSVP system to confirm your spot prior to workouts BACK TO BASICS Our team was established in 2009 https://www.mommysandbabesinmotion.ca/. Then in 2014, we created our sister team, TriChicks https://sites.google.com/view/trichickscanada/home-1 Both teams welcome Women of all levels and abilities. We are all one! From 2014-2020, TriChicks team trained 3 times per week( Mommy's and Babe's historically trained once per week) IN 2021 WE BRING STRENGTH AND MOTIVATION IN NUMBERS AS WE MERGE BOTH TEAMS( MOMMY'S AND BABE'S IN MOTION AND TRICHICKS) TOGETHER, AND STRONGER. We asked our team Nutrition Mentor some important questions Sharing her feedback during this time #COVID-19 Thanks Nicole! How much protein do I need if I’m focusing on endurance and working with light weights?... The DRI (Dietary Reference Intake) is 0.8 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight, or 0.36 grams per pound for a sedentary individual. In my practice we base the amount of protein intake on the individuals activity levels and digestion. For this particular individual I would suggest aiming for closer to 1g of protein/ kilogram of body weight. One indicator that you are not digesting enough protein is DOMS (delayed onset muscle weakness). With working at home, my steps are way down, what foods will help as to not feel so sluggish? Top functional foods to aid in energy production: -Protein powders,(has added co-factors to support energy production) -Ensuring you are consuming 5-6 servings of vegetables/day -WATER (very important for energy, yet often forgotten) aim for half your body weight in ounces of water. What’s on my list as grocery essentials for good health?
