Kickstart your Canada Day long weekend Those who enjoy bulletproof coffee have been known to say that, coconut oil, and grass fed butter help assist mental clarity, hunger reduction, and contribute to lasting energy. All great for any day -ESPECIALLY rainy days!! Pour 1 cup of hot coffee in your blender, add 1 tablespoon (tbsp) of coconut oil, and 1 to 2 tbsp of grass-fed, unsalted butter, or a non-dairy alternative, or organic Ghee.
