At Black Bears Softball it is as important for our girls to be strong off the field as they are on the field. Today was our first live cooking class lead by our Strength, Conditioning and Nutrition Coach Cheryl Moore. In this class the girls learned what is important for an athlete to eat and why. Also how to prepare these meals for themselves and empowering them for life. ... #AlwaysCompeteBlackBears #frozenropes See more

Black Bears are Super excited to announce in partnership with Frozen Ropes USA the new STAR Tablet. The new STAR Tablet ( Student Trainer Academic Resource) has been provided to all of our Coaches and Athletes from U12 - U19. This is a very exciting time for our athletes as these tablets will provide cutting edge content that the athletes can study when not at practice. Softball isn’t just learning on the field, it is preparation for Mental Game, Nutrition, Fitness, College etc. We are so excited for this partnership with Frozen Ropes as this will continuously grow our athletes to another level.
