This week on MADE WITH MOOSE MOUNTAIN MEATS Monday- French onion pork loin! This was submitted to us by one of our customers as a great tasty one skillet meal idea. -Butterfly pork loin ... -Sautee onions in butter and French onion soup mix -spread 1/2 onions & some shredded Gruyere cheese ( you can sub mozzarella ) -roll up an tie witch butcher string -sear roast in cast iron pan on stove then toss in baby carrots and potatoes -place cast iron skillet in oven at 350 until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees -remove and top with remaining onions and more cheese. -put back in oven until cheese melts and browns -rest three minutes, slice and serve! Hi everyone it's a bit smokey outside today. Hey I would like to remind everyone that we have sides of pork and beef on sale this month. The animals are from local producers and are feed with crops grown by the producers. Also we have bacon that we just took out of the smoker. If you like bacon you will love ours. We do not pump with water and we use the leanest pork available, so you do not end up with a pan of grease. Also we have in the smoker right now, barvarian smokes. They will be ready for tomorrow morning. Hope to see you soon
