Facial cupping.... ahh the absolute bliss of it. Every human deserves a facial acupuncture session that includes facial cupping (no we don’t leave marks on your face as we use special facial cups ) and jade stone gua sha facial massage. Truly rejuvenating for the face, body and mind. This healing treatment truly is one of a kind. #facialacupuncture #beautyinsideandout #facialcupping #lindsaymorrisacupuncture

"Facial Acupuncture is a way into the heart (shen); into the interior of the individual. People may come for facial beauty 'superficial values'- But there is no...thing more inherently superficial about beauty than coming for a hurt finger or sciatica, it is all the outside. The fact that they came to us is an opportunity for us to go as deep with them as they are willing to engage"-interview with Lonny Jarrett See more

We as human beings are a direct reflection of the environment around us. As without, so within. My treatment space is one of my most favourite places to be and I know this space assist the healing process of all of my beloved clients. A common comment is ahhh, it feels so good in here.

We love this meridian clock which highlights how to work in harmony with your natural energy flow day by day. It’s particularly useful for understanding optimum... times to eat/sleep/work/meditate. . . Taoist Master Mantak Chia always advises eating the biggest meal at breakfast, a medium-sized meal at lunch and a light meal in the evenings. Many people nowadays have digestive issues and when you see how the digestive meridians are most active in the morning and early afternoon, it just makes complete sense. Stomach 7am - 9am (best time to eat breakfast) Spleen 9am - 11am (converts food into Qi). Eat lunch between 11am -1pm, Small Intestine 1pm - 3pm (absorbs and assimilates food). There are no active digestive meridians in the evening, so it’s best to eat the lightest meal of the day then. Overall this optimises your energy levels. Try it out and see how it feels. It’s made a huge difference to my life, following this simple wisdom. Plus those early morning meditations are the best. . . Go with the flow. Make life easy. . #taoistwisdom #meridianclock #tao #bodywisdom #tao #taoism #meridians #mantakchia #earlymorningmeditation #gowiththeflow #knowyourbody #universalhealingtao #universaltaoireland #maythechibewithyou #makelifeeasy #energy #chi #qi #wellness #biohacks See more

Grandma Strawberry . Known to the ancients in China as Queen of Fruits: red, tender, heart shaped flesh that is juicy, sour and sweet. Nourishing the Heart, Liver, Spleen, Kidneys and Lungs. Increasing levels of immunity with each bite for all who taste her sweetness; nourishing our elders, those who are recuperating from illness, and those who work and exercise vigorously. Queen strawberry moisturizers the skin, stops coughing, quenches thirst, clears heat, dispels toxins and moisturizes the intestines. So much gratitude to pick her from my pots on the deck at home. Blessings to you Queen of Fruits
