Okay, real talk ... As a social media manager, is it frowned upon to hire a social media manager for myself? I felt real guilty this week because I 100% neglated my own social media but truthfully, I needed to. ... Last weekend I began to stress about creating content for myself because I didn’t feel like I had the time and then I felt like I wasn’t creative enough and imposter syndrome kicked in. So I just took a step back and didn’t do it. And guess what ... I’m still in business! My clients are happy, I’m happy, (Buck’s always happy) and that’s all that matters. Does this make me a bad social media manager? No. I know it’s important to be consistent on social media but it’s not my goal to have 1000 followers. It’s my goal to grow my client list and to be consistent for them. I had to remind myself that I became an entrepreneur to do what I love, not to stress about it! So if you don’t see me on everyday, I don’t suck! I’m just busy
