Not sure if you have heard, but it looks like the qualifying rate for mortgages is dropping from 4.94% to 4.79%. That will help a bit with qualifying for your mortgage. And in more news, mortgage rates are low...REALLY low... depending on your situation and what type of mortgage you are looking for. I've seen rates as low as 1.99%!! Let me know if you want to talk!

Here are the July stats from the Realtors Association of Hamilton-Burlington. Sales are up 23.7 per cent over last month and up 27.8 per cent over July of last year.
