Today Weir Group has announced an agreement to acquire Motion Metrics, the leading developer and provider of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Vision Technologies, which help increase safety, efficiency and sustainability of mining operations worldwide. The transaction is expected to close by year-end.
