A snow-day has meant I've had time to make our mince pies and a small batch of Cherry Bakewells (icing and cherry topper to be done when cool). And a little treat - homemade pork pie.

A busy and productive morning putting the hall Christmas and decorations up and finishing the lounge decorations. Then a nice afternoon baking Rum and Raisin muffins, a Rum and Raisin cake, apple pies and mince pies while listening to UK Christmas songs. In between all of that I made a tasty roast pork dinner with homegrown potatoes and carrots
