Hi Everyone! I’m quite sure you’re all getting a little tired of COVID 19 updates so I don’t blame you for skimming this email/text, so I’ll be brief. The scheduled appointments you have for the week of March 30 April 3, 2020, will be cancelled due to the social distancing policies in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19. This is also why offering emergency care is not a viable option for the benefit or our clients, staff and their family, many of which are front line ...health care workers. During this time, we are excited to be transitioning to a new platform delivering tele-rehabilitation appointments. One of our pleasant front desk staff will be reaching out to you in the next few days to book these appointments as we feel this service could be of value to you. Hello everyone, We hope this communication finds you well! We here at Movement Solutions Physiotherapy have been working hard to navigate through the various directives and socially responsible actions during these ever-changing times. Firstly, it is rather clear that we will not be able to re-open as planned on March 30th. As a result, someone from our office will be reaching out to you to reschedule any appointments you currently have to our next anticipated opening date.... In the meantime, we are currently looking at viable options for telehealth treatment sessions. The challenge here lies in finding a suitable platform for which to offer this through as well as navigating our physiotherapy association’s requirements and administrative logistics for this type of service delivery. ATTENTION: With the progressive nature of the COVID 19 pandemic, under advisement from the Ontario Physiotherapy and Canadian Physiotherapy associations, we have made the difficult decision to close the clinic effective Tuesday March 17th. Our current aim is to re-open Monday March 30th, 2020. If this date needs be altered, we will notify you via text and/or email.
