MQP Online Auction is LIVE! We are delighted to announce that our very first MQP Online Auction is now live with Bartlett’s Auctioneering Services! ... You have until 8:00pm on Friday, May 14th for Bidding! We appreciate your support! Please Note: All Bidding is Anonymous To Register and to begin bidding, please click on this link: Bartlett' Auction House This auction will have a soft, staggered close on Friday, May 14th, starting at 8 pm. For those of you who are new to online auctions, this means each lot will close 30 seconds apart and, if someone bids in the last 30 seconds before the item closes, the bidding opportunity will be reset to 30 seconds. This allows you (as a bidder) to have additional time to place another competing bid, just as you would at an auction in person. The bidding on an item will close when there are no further bids made. Pick up of Items: We will arrange for an opportunity for successful bidders to pick up items here at MQP on Saturday, May 15th from Noon-3:00pm. Pick up is strongly encouraged at this time. No School Tuesday, May 11th Due to a teacher professional learning day there will be no school on Tuesday, May 11th. School will resume on Wednesday, May 12th. It will be day 6 on the cycle.

Kindergarten Registration Kindergarten Registration is around the corner! Please note this registration process is for children who will be in Kindergarten for September 2022. Children must be five years of age on or before December 31, 2021. Online registration will take place on Wednesday, May 12th and Thursday, May 13th for Metro/Avalon beginning at 9am. Christmas Memo Cafeteria Services: Wednesday, December 16th is the last day for cafeteria services. Cafeteria services will resume on Monday, January 4th, 2021... Christmas Holidays/Dismissal: School will close for Christmas Holidays on Friday, December 18th at 12:30pm. If there are any changes in dismissal procedures for your child please ensure that the classroom teacher is aware of these changes. School Reopens: School will reopen on Monday, January 4th and it will be Day 4 on our schedule. Proactive Covid-19 Preparation: While we anticipate full reopening of schools on January 4th, 2021, it is prudent for school communities to pivot quickly to scenario 2 or 3 should the circumstances warrant. At MQP we have been preparing for this change in the event it should arise. Please see the attached memo from Mr. Ed Walsh, Associate Director of Programs and Human Resources at NLESD. Student Belongings: Due to Covid-19 protocols for school cleaning and sanitization, all students will be expected to take all personal belongings home on Friday, December 18th. This includes personal items in desks, classroom and lockers. If you feel your child will require an extra bag please send one along with your child on that day. Teachers will be providing students with time to gather their belongings during the school day. Thank you for your cooperation
