Not only does this discount promote healthy and friendly interactions between neighbours. It also maintains the cleanliness of the neighbourhood, which we can all appreciate. We do also offer neighbouring discounts. For every neighbour added to the same cut day, a reduction in cost is made. For instance, the neighbour wants their lawn done on the SAME DAY, both neighbours will only pay $45 for the first hour. This can be done with a total of six neighbouring properties, which brings down the price to $25 for each property. Price will change for individual properties of said discount, whom of which exceeds half an acre, in which case that prop...erty will be charged accordingly with no change to neighbouring property pricing. Senior citizens automatically receive a 50% discount ( without the required neighbouring properties) within 100km of Madoc, Ontario. Distances beyond 100km can still receive the senior discount however conditions will apply.
