For students and adults working and studying at home, poor ergonomics can be tough on the spine causing pain and early onset degeneration. Here is the pre-and post x-rays for a 17-year-old who has been doing Corrective Care in my office over the past 6 months. Notice that he is regaining curvature in the updated right x-ray. Improved curvature means less muscle tension, less tension on the spinal cord, and less stress on the spinal bones. Subsequently he feels like he has le...ss pain and tension in his neck and shoulders now, and his posture has improved. Unfortunately I had to tell him that this doesn’t mean he gets to play more video games. #getadjusted

This is my friend, Sabrina Akeson. Isn’t she beautiful. Today I’m going to run with Sabrina and a close group of friends in the cold rainy weather because it pales in comparison to what Sabrina has had to fight through with her battles with breast cancer. Sabrina’s a fighter. She’s beaten her cancer. I admire Sabrina so much. When times were tough, she always had a smile on her face. When I’m running today, I’ll be praying for everyone who is fighting cancer and everyone who has been affected by cancer. Love ya Sib!

After 6 weeks of gruelling work to get our chiropractic clinic up and running again, we are getting some much deserved fun and relaxation at the family cottage. #familytime

I am often blown away by the #dedication of my patients. This past week we had a gentleman drive 3 hours to come to our office because he trusts us. Wow! That hit me hard. So appreciative. Not only did he drive 3 hours, but he did it twice, for 2 adjustments.

Our office mascot, Murray the Moose, is all PPE’d up and ready to go for when we fully re-open. He says he misses seeing all of our amazing patients. I do too. ... We hope everyone is doing well.
