We are not the type of page to post often, but I'd like to share a video my son made for me. Muscle factory is super busy working and growing, which leaves little time for selfie's and helpful video's!!! Ever tried to take a picture of your self while preforming a squat?? Lol!! While I have had no luck on figuring out how to do that on my own!! But now with Blake Whitehead helping with the camera work, we hope to post more valuable information and tips, training and cooking, to help those who are working hard to reach there goals. As always, stay humble, stay strong, stay focused!!!!!

Muscle Factory wants to give a HUGE congratulations to Darin McCausland!!! Here he is from start to finish of his 4 month/ 16 week challange!! How ever you look at it he did amazing!! With a start weight of 249 pounds down to a six pack muscular body of 190 pounds!!! Yes that's right 59 pound loss!!! In 4 months!!! Way to go buddy!!! Thank you for being such a great student and listening to what the coach said to do!!! We are very proud of your work ethic and dedication!!!

Another successful week end!!! Hard work dedication pays off!! Thank you to all who suported me!! Especially Gus Minor from Hardwire Physiques and my Bear, Charlie!! With out suport nothing happens except struggle. The struggle is allways there, but it's the suport that makes it an amazing journey!!!
