"Five ways playing the piano makes us healthier in times of stress." A nice, short read. Thank you, SB for sharing. I always enjoy reading the articles and materials students share with me. And I'd like to add that teaching students, watching them progress and enjoy the fruits of their labour, *also helps reduce stress. We are lucky, as teachers, to witness many students' skills grow leaps and bounds during these times.<3 https://www.pianistmagazine.com//5-ways-playing-the-piano-

Sometimes we make short videos to help our students with hand position changes and other musical challenges. Here is a short piece by Renée Christopher titled "The Snake" from the RCM Level 1 book. Sometimes already available videos are too fast for students to catch certain details, so we're happy to provide slow versions for study purposes. https://youtu.be/B-6bKSC5IOo
