On Friday Feb 8 at 7:30 pm, Music West presents Turpin's Trail, a Kingston based quartet of Brian Flynn, Jon McLurg, Chris Murphy and Noah St. Amand.. Join us for a lively and entertaining evening of original and traditional folk music! Snow date is the following Friday, Feb 15.

We're very excited to announce the opening concert of our 2018-19 season!! Note this concert is on WEDNESDAY October 17, at 7:30 pm. Music West presents Fire and Grace, a dynamic duo of Grammy Award winning guitarist William Coulter and Tafelmusik Baroque Orchestra violinist Edwin Huizinga. In a program titled "Virtuoso Violin Meets Celtic Guitar", Fire & Grace will perform an eclectic mix of classical favorites (Bach, Vivaldi, Piazzolla) along with more traditional folk tunes. Don’t miss this very special event!

Don't miss Music West's 20th anniversary gala tonight! Light musical entertainment and a very funny Victorian-style melodrama entitled "Only a Parson's Daughter or Acquainted with the Wages of Sin!" 7:30 pm tonight at St. Andrew's By-the-Lake United Church, 1 Redden St, Kingston. Tickets available at the door: $20 adults, $15 for students and for seniors over 65, $10 for children under 13. Hope to see you there!

Our next Music West concert is coming up soon! Friday Feb 9th at 7:30 pm we will present a woodwind quintet concert entitled Quintessential Quintet. The program ranges from Mozart to Ibert, Malcolm Arnold and Scott Joplin. The performers are all active in the local music community: Chris Alfano, clarinet Anke Carrington, oboe Neal Scott, basoon... Cory Van Allen, French horn and Chris Scott, flute. Free refreshments will be provided at intermission. Come out for a warm and entertaining evening away from the winter's cold! We hope to see you there!
