MYC would like to wish everyone a Happy International Family day to all our MYC families. We hope that music has brought you some calm during the pandemic and continues to fill your families with joy. #InternationalDayOfFamilies
Music plays a significant role in our everyday lives. Whether making music individually or with others, playing a musical instrument challenges children to work with others as an ensemble. They learn the importance of respecting others’ space and how they express themselves.
Join our MYC family and become one of our many incredible music teachers! Why? Because it is fun! MYC has taken a child based approach to learning music through a clever merging of study and play. Our classes are small, our programs age-appropriate, and creativity and expression are nourished in every component of the program. Our online level 1 training seminars start in June and we can’t wait to see you there! Learn more about our seminars here: www.myc.com/teaching-at-myc/teacher-seminars/
Wishing a very Happy Mother’s Day to all our amazing Moms in our MYC family! You’re an inspiration to us all!

As a proud Canadian company, MYC celebrates Canada Music Week, which is an initiative of the Canadian Federation of Music Teachers’ Associations (CFMTA). For 60 years, Canada Music Week has helped to spotlight Canadian music by supporting composers and performers of Canadian music.
