We are happy to announce that we are now open for routine eye care. We have made some important changes to keep everyone safe. This video will take through these changes. All patients must wear a mask when they come into the office. You will notice that all of our staff and doctors will also be wearing masks, and eye protection. Our doors will be locked and everything, including is by appointment only. Please call us at 289-296-6970 or message us to schedule an appointment.

To my Eye Wellness Family, To help contain the spread of COVID-19 the College of Optometrists of Ontario and the Ontario Association of Optometrists has advised all optometrists to provide only urgent eye care until March 29. Effective immediately our office will be closed. We will be calling all of our patients with appointments to reschedule. We will have a doctor available if you have an eye emergency. Please call our office 289-296-6970 if you think you may have an ey...e emergency. We will be checking messages regularly. We are here for you virtually as well. The clinic will remain open and we will continue to care for your eye health and vision. As healthcare professionals we understand the concern you may feel about the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) in our community and globally. ... We want to let our patients and community know that we are taking numerous precautions in ensuring our clinic is a clean and safe place for everyone. We believe that now, more than ever, we need to stay educated about the facts and remain calm as we take the necessary precautions to maintain a safe environment for our patients and staff. These are the steps we are taking: - Anyone who has a cough, fever, flu like systems is asked to call the office to reschedule their appointment. - Anyone who has travelled out of the country within the last 2 weeks is asked to call the office to reschedule their appointment. - As always, all equipment is sterilized between uses. - All frames are sterilized once patients have tried them on. We will continue to monitor the situation and may change our policies accordingly. We have multiple hand sanitizing stations available for our patients and staff, as well as a thorough hand washing program in effect.
