This. Is. Massage. In my space or in another RMT’s, we can provide the opportunity for you to find rest. Where you can be still. Be quiet. Connect with your body. Or simply recharge from a world that sometimes can take just a little bit too much. A safe space that honours your wellness. * I will hold space for you to reconnect with the incredible emotional and physical health benefits that come from human touch. Whatever type of rest you need I hope you take the time to fin...d it. You deserve it. #massagetherapy #wellness #mindfulness #restrelaxrexharge
Something we should all strive for is resilience. But even when we falter, and struggle, we can honour our very real feelings. Embrace them. Sit with them. Acknowledge them. Sometimes things just happen. And in the end we know that we will grow stronger from the sorrow. Because it’s going to get better. Trust the process. #wellnesswednesday #myologymassagewellness
You 100% matter. Don’t forget that. #wellnesswednesdays
Relaxation Day 2020
Beach days are always required.
my parents have some of the most beautiful flowers - these Hollyhocks started growing from seeds that blew over from the neighbours and they have flourished. also my mom & dad have the gardening green thumb and all the plant life loves them so I’m sure helps I think the message is that no matter how you start you grow. You plant seeds every single day, in the world and in others. with every thought you think, the words you speak & the actions you take. You have influence.
**Why do I wear a mask?** I know there is a lot of debate regarding masks. And I certainly am not going to tell someone what they should do to feel good for themselves. But when it comes to my practice I have been given guidelines from my association to provide the most ethical & safe massage services I can, and part of this is wearing a mask, and asking my clients to as well. I take my responsibility very seriously and when I look at Ontario’s guidelines for a safe return to... practice, ours here in MB SHOULD be the same. So when I hear of others NOT requiring these practices it makes the messaging inconsistent, and quite frankly, frustrating. Does your RMT or healthcare provider wear a mask? Do they ask you to? How does that make you feel? If it bothers you they don’t -speak up! Ask them to wear one - you have that right. Our responsibility as humans is to help keep our community as safe as possible. So I wear one out of consideration for my clients. My family. For our vulnerable members. Let’s be clear - this illness can show absolutely no symptoms. Please be safe & practice social distancing whenever you can. stay healthy
