While the pace of the market slowed down a little, we still saw record breaking numbers in April. Sales were still up by 36.6% over a 10 year sales average for the month of April. We also saw a pullback in the number of new listings.... The big question right now, is, how big is the potential buyer pool compared to only a couple months ago when it seemed bottomless.
