Good Morning! Mystic Messages has offered a walking program on Wednesday afternoons for the past two years. Walking is meditation, and I think, even more import...ant during Covid. We would be following all protocols, masks, six feet apart, and outside. I would really like to share the experience of walking the boardwalk in fall. The sunsets are amazing. And the birds head back for the night so are often visible. There is beautiful fall colours right now. We can bring a thermal mug of a hot drink, and enjoy the fresh air and last of the fall flowers.
