Thanksgiving Long Weekend Oct 10-11-12

Hello everyone, I Hope everyone's staying safe and healthy. We are pleased to announce that Monday, August 31st, we will reopen our Stouffville Location.... Throughout this mandated closure, we have worked hard to come up with solutions, where we can safely reopen our doors. For the health & safety of our students, parents, families and instructors, we ask that you follow these new guidelines. - All students must book their spot ahead of time through signup.com using this link: https://signup.com/go/CzFsQtu - All students / visitors must sign in, have temperature checked, and sanitize their hands prior to entry - Spectators are NOT permitted at the facility, other than up to one accompanying parent, guardian, or other adult for each athlete under the age of 18. (Exception for younger siblings) - ALL students and visitors, except during training in the gym, must always wear a face covering while in the club, as will our instructors and staff. - As per our class schedule, there will be a 10 min time window to allow safe departure and arrival, while keeping safe distancing in place as well as allow us to disinfect the premises. - Students must arrive fully dressed in their uniforms. The change rooms will be off limits, and only the washrooms may be used. - Sparring will not be taking place throughout this time. - Only one customer will be allowed in the office at a time. (exception for family members and young children) - Please make sure to label your water bottle - Students MUST wear either taekwondo shoes, foot gloves, or non-slip socks during their training. Bare feet will not be allowed. Taekwondo shoes may be purchased in our office. - AS BEFORE, IF YOU OR YOUR CHILD ARE NOT FEELING WELL, PLEASE STAY HOME. If you do not have non-slip socks and would like to order taekwondo shoes, please email me your child's shoe size in advance. I'll make sure to have them in the office on Monday. Pricing for Taekwondo Shoes are: Mudo- 60$ (53.10$ + HST) Adidas - 85$ (75.22$ + HST) I understand that some of you may not feel ready or safe to return to in person training. We will still run the classes online with Zoom so that you can follow from home if you prefer. Lastly, I have attached a copy of our new schedule which takes effect on Monday August 31st.
